Back to the Basics for Better Brain Health
StrongerMemory is a curriculum designed to stimulate the brain’s prefrontal cortex, which governs our ability to retrieve memories. Participants spend just 20 to 30 minutes a day engaged in simple reading, writing and math activities. The StrongerMemory program is currently available in a workbook of exercises. You can see three samples of how to use the program below. Download your free digital copy or order a printed copy here!
Word is out! StrongerMemory can help stabilize or prevent cognitive decline. Whether we’re facing a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or early-stage dementia, or simply wanting to ensure better brain health as we age, this innovative program is a valuable tool. StrongerMemory is available for free thanks to financial support from the Goodwin House Foundation. Donate today to our Area of Greatest Need to ensure that we can continue to offer and expand this program.
